For some months now The Epping Society have been aware that plans may be afoot to develop land to the west of Stonards Hill.


As we all know the development plans both approved and as yet un approved will cause a huge strain on Epping in terms of Doctors, School, Traffic, Pollution etc..





To its credit Epping Town Council has put out an 'Asset of Community Value Evidence Form' which we have attached at the bottom of this article.


If we can show that the land is of current and historical significance to th town it may be possible to stop any plans before they get off the ground.


Please print off the form and return it to the Town Council as instructed on the first sheet.
