NEWSFLASH***Planning Application For Mill Mound Fields To Be Used For Keeping Horses -

Above - area subject to planning permission

A planning application has been submitted for Mill Mound Fields, located to the south west of Stonards Hill to have a change of use and used to for the keeping of horses for recreational purposes.

On the face of it this may seem harmless enough but the society has a number of concerns as this could potentially affect current right of way, safety and the appearance of the land.

WE HAVE TO ASK IF THIS IS A WAY OF KEEPING THE PUBLIC OUT OF HISTORIC RIGHT OF WAY
