Church's Butchers on Epping High Street Awarded Blue Plaque.

Church's Butchers New Plaque sponsored by The Epping Society & Epping Town Council

We are delighted that Church's Butchers on Epping High Street has been awarded a Blue Plaque and that The Epping Society played a key role in recommending and securing this honour which was co sponsored by Epping Town Council.

A ceremony was held last Friday to unveil the Plaque and speech's were made by Epping Society Vice Chairman Roger Lowry, Epping Town Mayor, Janet Whitehouse and members of the Church Family.

Church's Butcher's is also home to The Epping Sausage which our Vice Chairman recently found on the menu at a restaurant in Germany. The award was also in recognition of the long standing contribution Church's have made to Epping for over 100 years. The full ceremony is available to view below.
