A Little about Epping Bowls Club.

Epping Bowls Club is a small, friendly, flat green lawn bowls club, situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Epping Essex.

We have both male and female members and in-house, play mixed competitions and friendlies.  Along with the in-house competitions, the club competes in the Essex and Hearts leagues and competitions within the Walthamstow and District area.

The club has been in existence for over 100 years and provides a base for both casual as well as competitive bowlers.

Off the green, there is the clubhouse with both bar and catering facilities along with male and female changing rooms.

We hold social evenings during the season including quizzes, a themed food night, a Whist drive, target bowls, a treasure hunt, and an antiques event, to raise funds for the club. Come along and have some fun.

We hold taster sessions at the beginning of the season where you can just turn up and give it a try.
