The Epping Society is delighted to promote the following event that should be of interest to members and non members alike

Epping Forest District Museum is holding a talk next Monday 9 June, 7-8pm by author Brian Krapf titled "A Churchill Treasury: Sir Winston’s Public Service Through Memorabilia”. The event should be extremely interesting and enjoyable

Based in Georgia in the US, Brian has collected period ‘Churchilliana’ for over thirty-five years and according to fellow collectors, has assembled the premier collection of Winston Churchill memorabilia in the United States. An active member of the International Churchill Society and author of A Churchill Treasury

(A Churchill Treasury: Sir Winston’s Public Service through Memorabilia: Amazon.co.uk: Krapf, Brian E: 9781399017015: Books), we are very excited to have him here at the museum in the district Churchill called his constituency for 21 years, the centenary of which we celebrated last year.

To book, individuals can visit

phone 01992 716882

or speak to a member of our Front of House team. £6.50 per person, refreshments available.

Also enjoy a chance to see the museum’s new WWII exhibition and Churchill display in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
