Epping Society Response to EFDC Draft Policy (Community Infrastructure Levy) - CIL

EFDC have issued a draft polcy on how they might get money from developers in order to fund infrastructure and mitigate the negative consequences of projects.

They hope to replace the current "discuss & compromise" arrangements, with something more clear and regulated.

Some of our planning team have dipped into the document albeit skimming through to produce a response.
