The Epping Society co sponsored a Blue Plaque for Church's Butchers last year in recognition of the contribution they have made to the town since 1888.

The Society have supported local residents against the destruction of beautiful pasture in South Epping.

And made sure local residents feelings were known through publicity in local press and a petition.

The Epping Society have ensured local people are aware when the council ploughs ahead with development even when the councils own consultation revealed nearly 75% of residents are against their plans.
